Q2. Does your company carry all the necessary OH&S systems, processes and policies?

Yes. At MBT our OH&S systems, process and policies are audited to exacting standards and fully comply with up to date harmonisation laws.
CM3 compliant, IPRO Live compliant, CSR (Construction Supplier Register) accredited, member of HIA.

Q3. Does your company carry all required insurances and what is the value?

Yes. At MBT we carry 20 million Public Liability, Work Cover Insurances relevant to our industry.

Q4. Do you charge for a quote?

No. At MBT all Commercial Application quotations for building works/maintenance are free of any fees.

Q5. How does MBT electronic system benefit us?

Yes. At MBT we tailor customised maintenance solutions to meet varying needs.

Q6. Does your company do regular maintenance programmes?

Through customised fields availability we can tailor data collection in ‘Real Time’ and formulate your required reporting at intervals determined by you and as detailed as you require.

Q7. Proactive Maintenance is more expensive isn’t it?

No. Evidence suggests a correctly tailored proactive maintenance programme will effectively reduce reactive calls significantly and will better maintain your asset long term.

Q8. Do you have an After Hours service?

Yes. For Commercial Clients we offer a 24/7 service.
